These terms apply to purchases made on rannova.com and to orders and enquiries placed with us through WhatsApp, Instagram or email. Orders placed in our Etsy shop are also subject to Etsy's own terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Every Rannova stole is handwoven on a traditional handloom in Kutch, Gujarat, from 100% Kala cotton, and coloured with natural dyes. Because each piece is made by hand and dyed naturally, no two are exactly alike. Small differences in shade, weave and texture, and the visible slubs in the yarn, are part of the craft and are not defects. Photos and videos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Our stoles measure approximately 80 inches by 22 inches. Border patterns (Jaali, Mala and Patti) are made in small numbers and are subject to availability.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and include delivery. Orders within India are priced in Indian rupees (₹). For international orders we show an approximate price in US dollars, but international orders are priced and charged in Indian rupees, so the amount in your own currency depends on the exchange rate on the day. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

Our price depends on where your order is delivered. Orders delivered to an address in India are charged the India price, and orders delivered to an address outside India are charged the international price. When you pay, you confirm that your delivery address matches the price you chose. If it does not, we will contact you to pay the difference or, if you prefer, cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Payments on rannova.com are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details. For international card payments, your bank or card issuer converts the Indian rupee amount at its own rate and may add its own fees. Orders placed on Etsy are paid for through Etsy.

Import duties, customs fees and local taxes, if any, are set by the country you are ordering from and are not included in our prices unless stated at checkout.

4. Shipping policy

• We ship from India to customers in India and worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom and European Union. Delivery is free, as shown on the product page.
• Dispatch: every order is packed with care and dispatched within 3 days of your order, once payment is confirmed. We send tracking details by email or WhatsApp as soon as it ships.
• Estimated delivery: within 15 days of your order. Delivery times can vary with your destination, the courier and customs clearance, and Etsy orders also show an estimated arrival date at checkout.
• Please give a complete and correct delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

5. Refund, replacement and cancellation policy

• Replacement: if your stole arrives damaged or defective, message us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement. If we are unable to replace it, we will refund the amount you paid for that item.
• Refunds and exchanges: because each piece is handmade and naturally dyed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference or natural variation.
• Cancellation: you can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and the time they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Natural indigo may release a small amount of colour in the first few washes. This is normal and is not a defect. Please follow the care guide on our website.

6. Intellectual property

All photographs, videos, text, designs and the Rannova name and logo belong to RANNOVA. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
