This policy explains what personal information RANNOVA ("we", "us") collects when you visit rannova.com or place an order with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us by WhatsApp, Instagram, email or a payment form, we receive details such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details.
• Payment information. Payments on rannova.com are processed by Razorpay, and payments on our Etsy shop by Etsy. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the payment, its amount and its status.
• Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It collects data such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you found us, using cookies or similar technologies. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.

• to process, ship and support your order, and to send order confirmations and tracking details;
• to reply to your messages and enquiries;
• to meet legal, tax, customs and export-documentation requirements;
• to keep the website secure, prevent fraud and improve the site.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the business:

• payment processors (Razorpay, and Etsy for Etsy orders);
• couriers, postal services and customs authorities, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order;
• service providers such as our website host and Google Analytics;
• government or legal authorities, where the law requires it.

Google Analytics and the payment checkout may set cookies on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. The site will still work if you do.

We are based in India, so your information is processed in India. Some of the services we use may process it in other countries. Where you order from outside India, you understand that your information will be transferred to India to fulfil your order.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle any follow-up, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete it or anonymise it.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@rannova.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and card payments are handled by established payment processors. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
